Colin Munro and Richard Gray established Miconex in 2010 with an aim of helping businesses to communicate with their target markets using digital channels.
As the business has developed two distinct sides of the business have emerged. Miconex have worked with ‘Place Managers’ (Town Centre Managers and Business Improvement District Managers) since 2011 on a variety of communication and loyalty projects. We have developed a real passion for this sector and we have a good understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing Place Managers. Over the last 18 months this has led to us partnering with Scandinavian company Presend, to help establish local Mastercard-based currencies in the form of Town Centre Gift Card programmes.
The second string to our bow is working directly with businesses, providing a full digital marketing service. Our digital marketing team in using the ever-changing array of digital platforms to help our clients communicate effectively with their customers and prospects.
