Harrow Town Centre BID: Operations Manager

Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience
Hours: 9am to 5pm, five days per week including some weekend work
Benefits: 25 days paid holiday, private medical cover

Harrow Town Centre BID are looking for an Operations Manager to help deliver a safer, more attractive, vibrant and exciting town centre for Harrow.

You will assist the BID manager in the day-to-day operation of the BID and supporting member businesses, as well as working in partnership with the Council, members and Police to ensure the presentation of the Town Centre is at its best at all times and assist with the management of the event programme.

​

The role is responsible for managing the BID's Street Ambassador, anti-crime initiatives, and building and maintaining member relationships.
